Each menu option can ring your team in the app, hand the call to your AI receptionist, take a voicemail, forward to an outside line, or open a sub-menu. Invalid keys re-prompt instead of dead-ending the caller.
Menus and the AI agent work together
A common setup: the menu answers instantly with your greeting, 1 rings sales, 2 rings support, and anything after hours goes to the AI receptionist — which answers questions and takes messages like a human would.
