The forward target owns the no-answer.

How to set it up.

Open Settings, then Numbers, and pick the line to forward.

Choose Forwarding, toggle it on, and enter the destination number.

Save. Every inbound call now rings the destination instead.

Toggle it off anytime. The saved destination stays for next time.
